Story of Captain Barbarossa in King's Throne
"Captain Hayreddin Barbarossa, also known as 'Redbeard', was determined to expand his kingdom's naval dominance. After recruiting new sailors at a port, a storm blew off the disguise of one of his new apprentices, revealing an imposter—a pirate named Mary Read! Unimpressed but low on sailors, Barbarossa ordered that she assist the remaining crew to navigate through the deadly storm. As the ship struggled against the tides, it was sucked into a giant vortex deep down below. The watery whirlwind swallowed them whole but eventually spat them out in a mysterious location. After Bosun, his pet monkey, awoke him, he spotted a distant island. As the sole survivors, Barbarossa partnered up with Mary to find a way out of this mess and a way back home."
