Story of Ebenezer in King's Throne

"While Ebenezer gained his wealth by leasing enormous land parcels, he was never particularly giving. As the celebrations drew near, the streets started to shine brighter, but Ebenezer remained uninterested and ignored the carolers who were soliciting donations for the less fortunate, until Ebenezer had a string of dreams that gave him a new outlook on life. The first few dreams were enjoyable, allowing him to recall memorable moments from his youth and the period following meeting his first love, showing how content he would have been if she had remained by his side. As he began to consider the important things in life, his dreams took an unpleasant turn. Ebenezer envisioned himself attending his own burial, but no one had shown up to offer their condolences. He then witnessed a second burial as a large crowd gathered around a coffin bearing the name Tina, one of his tenants who had recently become ill. In a moment of regret, Ebenezer vowed that if he ever awoke, he would make amends by sharing his fortune with everyone he had snubbed."
